Arrive at Chandigarh Airport/ Railway Station (by 12:00pm). Our coordinator meets you at the pre-decided area and then we proceed towards Narkanda, a place famous for its apple and peach plantations. Evening is free for your own leisure.
Overnight Stay at Hotel
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Chitkul. Enroute visit Sarahan village popular for the Bhimkali Temple. It will be a little long day today on road, be prepared for that. Check in at Chitkul for overnight stay at Hotel/ homestay.

Chitkul is the last inhabited village near the Indo-China border. Its a green, lush, tiny, beautiful and remote village. Its a visual treat for the nature lover in you. You can get up early today and go for a nature walk. After a lazy breakfast, we check out around 11AM and leave for Kalpa.
Enroute we visit Karcham Dam, Kamru fort & Temple – dedicated to the Goddess Kamakhya Devi. Later you enter Recong Peo – the headquarters of Kinnaur district., a small but vibrant town with all the facilities like medicines, electronic shops, general stores and fuel station. Arrive at Kalpa by evening. Check in and rest of the day at leisure.

After breakfast, proceed towards Tabo. On the way visit the natural scenery of Nako Lake. Nako Lake is one of the popular tourist attractions in the Kinnaur distt of Himachal Pradesh . Then Proceed to visit Mummy Gue Village i.e. almost on the Indo-China border. Gue is known for the mummy of a Lama which is thousands of years old. An earthquake in northern India once opened the old tomb containing the mummified body of monk. The locals say that they gather once a year at this temple when the local lama cuts the nails and hairs of the mummy (they grow, yes). Then proceed to Tabo ,where you visit Tabo monastery thats older than 1000 yrs. It is made of mud and wood and has wall paintings. Tabo Monastery is not only the oldest monastery but the most beautiful monastery. Adjoining to this old monastery, you will see the newer version of this monastery that is modern and huge. Check in to your homestay/ hotel for a leisurely evening.

After breakfast, proceed for Kaza, enroute visit the famous Dhankar Monastery. The highlight of the monastery is the statue of Vairochana or Dhayan Buddha. Later we proceed towards Pin valley thats a beautiful valley where you see Pin river flowing lengthwise that later merges into Spiti river. The roads are almost none. And we go upto the last village of Mud. Visit Kungri monastery and then head back to the main highway that leads to Kaza.

After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to popular places of Kaza. We first head towards Langza village-popular for Fossils, then we head to Hikkim village-known for having the highest Post Office in the world. You might like to bring few post cards with you to post them to your loved ones as a soveigneir and then we visit Komic village- the highest village in the world at 4600 meters connected by a motorable road. Later we proceed to Key Monastery. It is over 1000-year-old, located at a height of 13,668 ft above sea level and you get to see some glorious views of the valley from here. From here we go to Kibber village which is known for its wildlife sanctuary. Evening is free for your own leisure.

After breakfast, proceed towards Chandratal Lake- Lake of the moon. Enroute we pass the small village of Losar that is known to be the chilliest village of Spiti. It is located very close to the Indo China border and is believed to be the last mountain range before one reaches China through India.
After Losar, we see the Kunzum pass. Lots of trekkers like to trek from here to Chandratal lake for approximately 9 kms. The pass offers the picturesque landscape and stunning views of the snow clapped peaks. It is believed that Goddess Kunjum dwells in a temple at this pass and protects it from all evil forces. All vehicles and tourists stop here to do the parikrama to pay respect to the goddess.
Later we proceed towards the Chandratal lake. Crescent shape lake is one of the most stunning lakes popular among trekkers and campers. This lake is popular for starry nights and for views of Milky Way.

After early breakfast, proceed towards Manali.The road between Chandra Tal and Manali is the toughest, roughest, real scenic and we guarantee you will skip a few breathes this day, Arrive at Manali, and check- in to hotels/Cottages rest of the day free for leisure.
